The aim of the paper is to set priority Fast Connection sections ("Rychlá spojení" in Czech, abbreviation "RS") building mentioned above by using STEM method. method used select projects with maximum benefit if budget limited. There has not been a limit for individual RS as limitation financial costs. decisive factor order which should be built on basis evaluation criteria.
